What i proposeis that Maldives starts youth organisations.forinstance we can have a coast care group that volunteers to clean up beaches in inhabited islands and resorts.This opens up opportunities of travell and interaction to people from different regions.Resots could sponser the costs incurred in travelling.It would look ggood on their PR as well.
